iPhone get unveiled feels like fucking Christmas every damn time I’ve ever watched it lmao. Seeing the crows just go fucking insane is amazing.
It’s hilarious back then what phones they had to compare it to and some interesting facts here..
They said, “And yes. We’ve got it PATENTED.” Let me debunk that quick. Back then they thought they’d invented “Multi-Touch.” Which, technically, they did. They were the first ones to ever impliment it on a portable device. Hell, the first ones to implement it at all. Some random tech nerd patented it just a few years before Apple went for it, but he was no Steve Jobs, he was no Apple. He had no real details, ideas, or implementation. Not even the means to do any implementing. The iPhone was the FIRST product to ever be able to allow a screen to react via the touch of a finger. (sensing body heat to activate) Everything prior to Apple, used a stylus. (Palm, HP, etc.) It’s been just about 5 years since the iPhone was announced, and everyone since then has been using their fingers, ditching the stylus.
5 years prior—SHIT, one day prior, the day OF—no one was able to use their finger on a touchscreen. Now, they all use it. No more physical keyboards, (most phones are all screen, some get away with physical) no more tiny screens under 3-3.5 inches, nothing without “slide or multi-touch to unlock,” no one ever even watched a movie on their portable phone, all of the gestures are now all the same, etc, etc, etc, etc.
EVERYTHING you see on every touch-screen portable device was derived from that day in 2007 when master innovator Steve Jobs came to the stage, and threw the future at us. Since then, Apple has been in a headline on every news outlet in the world every day of the week.
Now I could go all day. Obv I’m not this shit is obvious, but hearing it again says something about Steve. Precisely 2-3 years ahead of everyone else. No one has caught up. Everyone rushes to get the equal iPhone features out on their own devices, while behind the scenes, Apple is doing things the RIGHT way. The perfect way. They’re in no hurry anymore. No need.
EVERY, SINGLE, FEATURE you see in phones these days, is because of this day in 2007. Go ahead and send me messages with features you think Apple didn’t come up with, or if you think someone was ahead of Apple in ANY, ANY feature. Id love to let you know some shit you may have not known.
I just felt like typing, and watching that video got me all WOWWIEEEE APPLE again lmao so there you go, It’s fucking BED-TIME. OMG…

I love this dude. He’s my inspiration for being involved in everything creative.
I watched my first keynote, and knew where I wanted to plant my seed.
I did “weep” a little bit with news of his passing as well. Him and George Carlin are the only two people that ever made me honestly sad and angered by their deaths.. Time to get mushy.

—Someone needs to tell my parents this. “Zakk, go work 9-5 or you’re going to miserable! You’d rather be safe than sorry!” I don’t think so.. Shit, Steve didn’t do what he loved until he hit 30. That makes things seem much more hopeful for me and my situation.

—When he speaks of Dogma, it’s like that higher power we all believe in has almost answered us through Steve. He wished that we all could live the fulfilling life he did. That’s why he strived to immense lengths to supply us with many things to help us do what he did in half the time, with half the effort, but with just as much heart. He’s honestly going to live on forever—through us, through Apple.
See what he does to ya!? I almost sounded like Martin Luther King or something. He’s so inspiring. Can’t believe he’s gone. I’m sure he would’ve continued to blast through boundaries and changed the world, until there was nothing left to change. Damn.

Some Final Words on Steve Jobs..
In my own words..
He was such an amazing man. Wether or not anyone notices it, Apple WILL suffer from the loss of him.
Even though he had retired not too long before his death, I’m sure he would have still been quite influential to everything Apple related. He left Apple behind, but I don’t think Apple left HIM behind.
I’m sure that at some point, Steve would have been consulting, or at least having a final word (or a good word at least) on some of the things Apple would be doing at the time.
He’s done way too much for that company to completely leave it behind. I’d like to know what he had planned for the rest of his life. Or what he WOULD have planned if his disease wasn’t stripping his life away from beneath him.
One of the most innovative people on this earth, one of our greatest visionaries, a man that loved to work, sure wouldn’t just STOP working on the things he loved just like THAT.. I feel like we would have seen some amazing things come from Steve Jobs in the future. It’s just too bad.

- 8MP camera that shoots faster, and has a faster lens, than most point and shoot cameras, let alone on cell phones. HD video @ 1080p, FASTER 4G "LTE" than any cell phone on the market including the new HTC's & Samsung's like the Galaxy. There's TONS more..
- It is, as of the 14th of October, the most advanced smartphone on the market by comparison. And with iOS5 coming out on the 12th, It's going to have the most advanced Operating System as well. It already does now (especially without any fragmentation of OS or of the devices themselves), but now it will be way ahead of the game, allowing (as usual!) all the other smartphone manufacturers to just copy and paste features on their own "phones."
