Just an odd hours update.
Odd hours update usually comes with am odd slew of updates.
1. Waking up in the middle of the night.. There’s never a good fucking reason. This wasn’t a nightmare though. Stomach pains, and massive tightness. Stops and goes. The pressure / pain is sometimes unbearable so i self medicated.
Unfortunately.. The self medication is what is causing this in the first place.
